The DEW constitution is a public document which can be found in Google Drive. At the moment it is a locked document, having been debated and approved by the organising committee. It may not be altered without a General Meeting of all members, and cannot be altered by the Board.
Related to the constitution is the Board Roles document. This may be edited more freely and frequently by the new Board, once appointed, and they will be able to vote on changes to roles as required.
At the moment there are seven Board roles which must be seven distinct individuals, specifically in order to avoid Board member burn-out. The roles are:
Event Support Manager
Community Liaison Manager
